I have been burning my new 7200mp since September 2020. I started out just using the boiler for domestic hot water only in September but now have switched to heat and domestic hot water. When I was using it for hot water the wood consumption was like nothing!!! A 5 gallon bucket of hard wood scraps would get me 12 hours! When you have a family of six that’s allot of showers and laundry! This should have cut my electric by 40%! Now that I’m heating with it in October we have had some below freezing temps and with the circulation pump running 24 7 I’m using more wood. But not nearly as much as my old boiler! Honestly probably half my old boiler! I’m heating 3000 square feet on the nose and domestic hot water so I’m at the limits of a 7200, but I’m confident it will do just fine when the temps really drop! I will post again when temps drop some more. Happy so far!
