HEAT EXCHANGER CLEANERS

Our outdoor wood furnace Heat Exchanger Cleaners are created using stainless steel twisted tape turbulators. These turbulators maximize the thermal efficiency and heat transfer. Easily accessible from the front of the stove, simply push and pull the Heat Exchanger Cleaner handle. This will remove any build-up of fly ash from the Heat Exchanger tubes.

Constructed out of 409 Stainless Steel, these Heat Exchanger Cleaners have a snug fit and a spiral design. What’s so special about the spiral design? Well that slows down the flow of hot air moving through heat exchanger. Slower flow means better contact with exchanger walls increasing heat transfer efficiencies.

roller bearing door latch

ROLLER LATCH DOOR SYSTEM

The Roller Latch Door System allows for effortless operation of the door with its positive pressure latching. The door has clean lines with no protruding surfaces, is flush mounted and has a comfortable handle. Clevis bearing hinges facilitate smooth operation while allowing for easy adjustment of the door if adjustment is required. These doors incorporate a silicon infused fiberglass door rope for longevity and superior moisture acquisition prevention. It is insulated with an interior 5 inches of high temp ceramic insulation, a 3-inch air space, and an exterior cover for a cool-to-the-touch door while still retaining superior heat retention qualities.

air panel

PRIMARY COMBUSTION AIR PANEL

The Air Panels of the Pristine Series are constructed from the same 409 Stainless Steel as the rest of the wood furnace. Where these stand out the air panels enhance the air distribution while mitigating wear and tear on the firebox and structure.

The Air Panel Hook is designed to allow each section to expand and contract independently. This prevents them from cracking the poured refractory Gasification Manifold or piercing the Water Jacket. Additionally, the Air Panels are designed to be replaceable as they age, drastically increasing the lifespan of the outdoor wood furnace.

GASIFICATION MANIFOLD

The Gasification Manifold is a uniquely designed, high temperature poured refractory unit, that injects preheated air directly at the combustion zone. This process drastically increases the burn efficiency, igniting all gases, causing the flame in the second combustion chamber to reach as high as 2,300°F.

Easy Maintenance

Insulated rear heat transfer door provides you with easy access to the heat transfer tubes for general cleaning.

Ultra-Temp Insulated Stainless Steel Chimney

Stainless steel inner and outer shell for added durability. Double wall insulated chimney allows the chimney to be easily expandable, with interlocking lengths available.

Water Level Indicator

Easy to read water level indicator will keep you informed when additional water must be added.

Easy to use Controls

The Pristine series is thermostatically controlled to offer an even heat throughout your home or business. Our digital illuminated controls are easy to read at all times. Due to their designs they are also economical and easy to replace.

Multiple Clean Out Doors

Easily accessible for cleaning.

Cost Savings

Crown Royal Stove owners can save approximately 50% – 100% of their annual heating costs. They may also Reduce or even eliminate hot water bills and the dependence on foreign fuels.

Convenience

Depending on the outdoor temperature and size of the unit, our outdoor furnaces only need to be loaded once or twice a day. Since our units are installed outdoors it eliminates dirt, bark, ash, smoke, soot, or insects from inside your home that may have otherwise been there if an indoor unit were installed. It now stays outside where it belongs. With proper installation requirements you may also melt away snow from driveways and sidewalks.

Manufactured with Safety in Mind

With an outdoor stove you eliminate the risk of a house fire, chimney fire, indoor smoke, or carbon monoxide poisoning. Our unique Firebox Safety Latch System prevents the loading door from swinging open too quickly. Each Crown Royal Stove has been rigorously tested to ensure a durable, dependable furnace.

Negative Pressure Gasification Combustion

Negative Pressure Gasification Combustion

For the Pristine Gasification Series outdoor wood furnaces to achieve a 99% combustion efficiency we had to take a new approach to air flow. Instead of “pushing” the air from the top, we decided to “pull” the air from the bottom, creating a Negative Pressure Gasification System.

When the outdoor wood furnace is completely sealed, the air is “pulled” downward, forcing all gasses from the Firebox through the ash bed into the Secondary Combustion Chamber. This makes the system virtually smokeless, with lower exhaust temperatures at the chimney, and allows wood placement to be more forgiving.
